Mr. Shastri has over 25 years of experience in construction engineering and design. He has worked as a Consultant Project Manager/Liaison Engineer on numerous, recent, vital transportation engineering programs involving bridge/roadway reconstruction undertaken by the Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Tollway including the Jane Byrne (Circle) Interchange Program, I-90 Corridor Reconstruction, Lake County Arterial Street Expansion Program (which included the Reconstruction of US 45 from IL 120 to Washington Street, for which Tecma received the 2012 District Wide IDOT DBE Award for Providing Exceptional Phase III Consulting Engineering Services), and Dan Ryan Expressway Program.  Mr. Shastri is highly regarded as an Illinois Transportation Engineering Industry leader due to his vast technical knowledge, pro-active approach to problem solving, and sense of fiscal responsibility.
