Mr. Palma served the Chicago Department of Transportation for over 20 years as an Area Construction Supervisor, and also as a Senior Project Manager in Design.  He has worked on numerous major transportation projects in the City of Chicago involving CTA rail line/station construction, runway/taxiway/terminal building construction at O’Hare & Midway Airports, expressway construction, and arterial roadway/bridge construction.  In addition to his CDOT experience, Mr. Palma has over 25 years of experience managing construction/design/surveying work undertaken by IDOT, Illinois Tollway, CTA, Metra, and numerous other local agencies as a Transportation Engineering Consultant.
