- The improvement consists of:
- Reconstruction and widening on new alignment of Southbound I-90/94 from Madison Street to Roosevelt Road
- Resurfacing of I-90/94 from north of Hubbard’s Cave to Madison Street
- Retaining wall construction and rehabilitation
- Dry-land bridge construction
- Reconstruction of Accident Investigation Site with Installation of Stormwater Detention Storage Facility underneath
- Improvements to Lighting and ITS facilities
