Tecma was the prime consultant on this $21.2 million project
Project consisted of:
- Replacing the existing Van Buren Street bridge over I-90/94 with a wider and longer bridge.
- Adding a new MSE wall paralleling the I-290 NW ramp between Van Buren Street and Halsted Street.
- Extensive improvements to the Greek Town plaza known as Elysian Field on the SE corner of Van Buren and Halsted Streets.
