Project consisted of:
- Replacement of the existing Taylor Street bridge over I-90/94
- Hydro-scarification with a latex overlay on the NB I-90/94 entrance ramp
- Painting of beams on the Roosevelt Road bridge over I-90/94
- Roadway reconstruction
- New traffic signal, ITS, and lighting
