Tecma was the prime consultant on this $19.8 million project
Project consisted of:
- Replacement of Morgan Street bridge over I-290 and the CTA blue line
- Installation of a temporary pedestrian bridge to keep the CTA Morgan Street Station operational during construction
- Underpass and roadway lighting
- Retaining wall construction
- Traffic signal installation
- Water main and drainage installation, which included riser shaft installation
