Improvement consisted of:
- Replacement of existing high pressure sodium lighting and associated poles with LED lighting.
- Replacement of median mounted poles on the existing foundations with ground mounted poles.
- Replacement of ground mounted poles will include new metal foundations and underground duct.
- Replacement of lighting controllers and their associated electric services
