- Reconstruction, reconfiguration, and addition of ramps at the I-90 and Barrington Road interchange
- Reconstruction and widening of Barrington Road from Central Road to Higgins Road
- Construction of new toll plazas and buildings along the ramps
- Construction of new parking lot for tollway Plaza 10 and communication tower
- New lighting and interconnected traffic signals
- MSE walls
- Overhead sign structures
- Relocation of 30” watermain
- New shared use paths
