Tecma is proud to welcome Ms. Julaine Blair as our newest Senior Engineer. She brings over thirty years of IDOT experience to the team, having served as Resident Engineer on more than sixty projects. Julaine has worked on a variety of projects that include building embankment for railroad track realignment, removal and replacement of steel railroad bridge over US 45, construction of retaining walls, and the reconstruction and widening of US 45 to three lanes in each direction from 135th Street to 179th Street in Orland Park. She also presided over I-57 expressway patch and resurfacing contracts, land bridge construction on US 6, the reconstruction of structures carrying US 6 over Marley Creek, and numerous other road construction contracts. Tecma is happy to have Ms. Blar as part of it's team!
